Grand Seiko Heritage is a special version of the existing model, which trades the automatic movement of the original movement with the new and improved quartz movement to provide the highest level of precision. What makes this timepiece unique is the insertion of additional functions that allow the watch to adjust the hour hand independently without stopping the second hand. Aesthetically, the timepiece is set with an iconic blue dial and decorated with a 2020 theme. The blue color of the dial contrasts sharply with the 40mm stainless steel case. The finishing touch of the timepiece is the gold five-pointed star, perfectly placed on the textured blue dial.

However, unlike other models, this model uses a ceramic bezel, which the brand has perfected in its early models.
