Blancpain will launch a new boutique version of its Villeret Extraplate. This new timepiece features a gold case with a green dial, which is the first in the Villeret series.

Villeret, the brand of the Swiss hometown of Blancpain (Vlanet), is named after its most classic series. The traditional Villeret model embodies the roots of watchmaking and its original aesthetic principles.

The purity of its lines and the exquisiteness of double loops or double pompom boxes show eternal elegance. The Villeret Extraplate Edition boutique reveals these aesthetic principles from a new perspective.

The first one: Blancpain’s traditional hollow leaf hands are now spinning on the green dial for the first time.

The special case with a diameter of 40 mm houses the 1151 movement made by Blancpain. At first glance, this mechanism is actually very complicated. All of these only require a cabinet height of 8.7 mm.

The new Villeret Extraplate Edition Boutique is also a filigree watch.

This is reflected in the exquisite dial finish on the dial and the hand-applied gold index. The bridge of the movement is decorated with Côtes de Genève (Côtes de Genève), and the honeycomb pattern of the pendulum made of sapphire is admired through the sapphire caseback.
